ADON FALL
when they come after me to my home tell them
that I flew on heaven's wings to the mountains
I skipped snares and vanished to the clouds
they will say they can soar but tell them
that I can teach them better how golden eagles fly above
storm clouds holding their wings outward and rarely flapping
saving them considerable energy
when they beat their gong-gong to silent towns
tell them that I make a whole town alone & do not fall
under their auspices
I was traded freely right on the day of conception to the God
of salvation & have fallen into the streams of life
so tell them that if only they will succeed having me
they should first meet the man in white
